In rare cases, processing may take up to two (2) hours. If a deposit is not reflected in your account after two hours, please contact our customer support team with your transaction reference number.
juno4d reserves the right to refuse, reverse, or place on hold any deposit that it reasonably suspects to be associated with fraudulent activity, money laundering, or breach of these Terms & Conditions. Deposits from third-party accounts — that is, accounts not registered in the same name as the juno4d account — are strictly prohibited and will be returned.
Withdrawals are available to players who have completed the applicable KYC verification process and whose accounts are in good standing. Real-money balances derived from deposits are withdrawable at any time subject to the processing procedures described herein. Bonus-derived balances are subject to the wagering requirements described in Section 7 before becoming eligible for withdrawal.
Withdrawals are processed to the same bank account or e-wallet used for the corresponding deposit, wherever technically possible. juno4d does not transfer funds to third-party accounts. juno4d targets a withdrawal processing time of under five (5) minutes for verified accounts during normal operating hours (WIB, UTC+7). Processing times may be extended during periods of high volume, public holidays such as Idul Fitri or Nyepi, or where additional verification is required. In no case shall standard withdrawal processing exceed twenty-four (24) hours for verified accounts absent exceptional circumstances.
Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are displayed within the withdrawal interface at the time of the request. juno4d reserves the right to adjust withdrawal limits at any time. High-value withdrawals may be subject to enhanced verification requirements and may be processed in installments at juno4d's discretion.
Account balances that remain inactive for a continuous period of twelve (12) months may be subject to an inactivity fee or forfeiture in accordance with juno4d's dormant account policy. Players will be notified by email prior to the application of any inactivity fee.
All bonuses and promotional offers made available by juno4d are subject to specific terms and conditions published at the time of the promotion. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion only.
Unless stated otherwise in a specific promotion, bonus funds credited to a Player's account are subject to a wagering requirement before any winnings derived from those bonus funds may be withdrawn.
